Proven technology, state of the art

The print unit operates using the rotation flexo printing process. A screen roller and a doctor blade chamber system ensure a consistently uniform ink transfer to the plate cylinder. This ensures the highest print quality from the smallest detail to full-surface printing. A UV dryer ensures fast drying or curing of ink, which makes it possible to immediately continue processing the print material. Optionally, a LED curing system can also be installed. The no-tools replaceable ink chamber system — consisting of screen roller and doctor blade chamber — enables convenient and clean colour filling outside the printing unit.

The ease of use of inPRINT is a particularly convincing feature. After a brief instruction, any operator can achieve the best printing results and easily create customised runs. This makes stocking product-specific packaging films unnecessary and also increases flexibility, while simultaneously reducing costs due to better purchasing terms and lower storage costs.

The required printing plates can be produced with little effort. The use of environmentally harmful chemicals and solvents can be completely avoided in the production process, providing a decisive environmental benefit. In this way, inPRINT contributes to environmental protection and sustainability while saving costs.

Maximum flexibility — added value for the customer

Do you want to print on flexible packaging with more than just one colour in order to realise even the most demanding print motifs? With our modular stand-alone machine system, multi-colour applications can also be realised roll-to-roll with up to 4 printing units.

In particular, pharmaceutical products must provide various information, including the expiration date and information on traceability or authenticity. Depending on the requirement profile, we have the right labelling solution for these different applications as well.
