Operation of modern printing equipment requires high quality and professional service support.

The service department of the company "UPG" consists of printing and finishing equipment service department, flexographic equipment service department, and spare parts department. Technical support service has qualified specialists who have certificates of manufacturing plants. The number of service technicians, the level of technical training, experience and equipment allow us to perform troubleshooting, repair, installation or training simultaneously at several customers.

Support service managers coordinate the work of service technicians, take calls from the customers, provide telephone advice, direct technical specialists to the objects, order and control the supply of spare parts. We try to do everything what depends on us, so the arrival of a specialist or spare parts receipt by the customer can be as quickly as possible.

The main task of the service department is to work for the customer, starting with the negotiations for the sale of equipment and during its operation.

SERVICES OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Planning:
  • coordination of technical issues of equipment operation before buying it;
  • recommendations for the optimal configuration based on customer requirements;
  • audit of the customer level of training.
Putting the equipment into operation:
  • unloading and moving the equipment to the installation area;
  • installation and commissioning;
  • instruction and training of production personnel of the customer how to service printing equipment;
  • advanced training of personnel with full technological support.
Maintenance of equipment:
  • warranty service;
  • after-sales service, diagnostics and repair;
  • implementation of preventive maintenance;
  • delivery of spare parts and their replacement;
  • inspection of the equipment in Ukraine and abroad;
  • disassembling and assembling of used equipment;
  • technical expertise of operating conditions;
  • consulting services for production processes optimizing.


Sales of spare parts for all equipment supplied by us and other companies
A customer can immediately receive a wide range of wearing parts and materials from our warehouse. If there is no spare part at the warehouse, so the request is sent to manufacturers as soon as possible.

Speed of order processing depends on the identification efficiency of spare part in the catalogue, because the equipment of one type may have a number of modifications, depending on the machine serial number and year of manufacture. With the help of our engineers parts identification occurs with minimum time spent.

If the spare part is at the manufacture's warehouse and the order is urgent, then the necessary detail is sent us the next day and, usually in 3-4 days the customer receives it at our warehouse after delivery and customs clearance.

The high level of training of our service technicians
The level of available technology equipment with modern electronic and mechanical parts is increasing from year to year. Manufacturing plants regularly produce new and upgrade older models. Therefore, one of the main objectives of our company is maintenance of technical staff high qualification. For this purpose our technical staff is regularly trained in the plants where printing presses and other equipment are manufactured. Working with a new manufacturer begins, as a rule, with training of our technical staff at his plants.
